- Our sandwiches are lovingly prepared in our kitchen throughout the day

- Healthy offerings including vegan, lactose and gluten free options
- End of day, we donate any of our remaining prepared foods to Second Harvest
- Then, we start from scratch tomorrow morning

- Check out your local farmers’ markets, artisan cheese makers, and bakers
- Buy organic
- Start with the dirty dozen: celery, peaches, strawberries, apples, blueberries, nectarines, bell peppers, spinach, kale, cherries, potatoes, and grapes – if it doesn’t have a layer you can remove, then the pesticides can get inside!
- Always use organic milk and yogurt
- Avoid poultry and meats that are raised with hormones and antibiotics.
- Reduce, Reuse, Recycle – we know this is an age-old motto but it works!
